Product Description Drying process: lift out the carrier from the dyeing machine and put into dryer. First, do the pressure dewatering in dryer, then the dryer uses the high pressure hot air for pressure dry, in the meantime, the high temperature high pressure hot air from the blower takes moisture out of the yarn, and the water is drained out from the condenser and air-water separator, the hot air cycles continuously until the moisture content of the yarn reaches the required rate.
Application PED HTHP Dryer is suitable for package yarn, beam, loose fiber. The fiber is including cotton, polyester cotton, acrylic, wool, polyester, artificial fiber and blended.

Process - Pressure dehydration 1) Take out the package carrier from the dyeing machine directly, put it into the dryer for pressure dewatering. 2) At the beginning of drying, fill in 5kg/cm2 compressed air to the main tank 3) During the pressure dewatering the heating and cooling unit are not running. 4)The high speed running fan passes the high pressure moist air from outside to inside through the package yarn. 5)When the moist air passes through the air-water separator, the moisture is automatically drained from the main tank and the air continues to circulate in the sealed main tank. - Drying 1) When the pressure dewatering stage is completed, it enters the drying stage automatically immediately. 2) The heating and cooling unit automatically starts operating according to different yarn and fiber at set temperature during drying stage. 3) The high speed running fan passes the high pressure moist air from inside to outside through the package yarn. 4)When the moist passes through the air-water separator, the moisture is automatically drained from the main tank and the air continues to circulate in the sealed tank. 5) The heat and electricity consumed in drying step are converted into 55°~75° clean hot water by the condenser which can be used for dyeing. 6)Drying stage ends when the yarn incoming and outgoing wind temperature reaches set difference. - Air circulation humidification After the drying process, the heating device stops operating and the air flow penetrates from the outside to the inside of the yarn, thus balancing and reducing the yarn temperature. At the end of the set process time, the compressed air is discharged from the main tank through a silencer and back to the normal pressure state, after which the carrier can be took out.
